Our estate wines– Syrah, Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Nebbiolo– are made from our four-acre CCOF certified organic Bernat vineyard adjacent to our Cafe Farm where we grow our produce for our restaurant. Our wines are crafted using old world methods of winemaking which bring out the distinctive qualities of each varietal allowing the wines to express themselves in their most natural way. Attention to detail starts in the vineyard and is expressed in your glass.
